Our pre- ballet class commences with a gentle warm-up, emphasizing stretches to promote flexibility and proper alignment. the instructor guides students through fundamental positions, including pliés, tendus, and relevés.

With a focus on developing strong posture and elegant lines, dancers will explore combinations that blend these foundational movements, gradually building coordination, balance, and poise. Throughout the class, an emphasis is placed on cultivating a connection between the music and movement, allowing participants to express themselves artistically.
