AT WHAT AGE DO YOU ACCEPT STUDENTS?

We have a parent and tot class that you and your child can join as young as a year old, and we begin to accept students on their own at 18 mos!

HOW DO I KNOW WHAT CLASS TO ENROLL MY CHILD IN AS A NEW STUDENT?

Whether your child has prior dance experience or not will help to decide which class to begin with. Our team of instructors would be happy to work with you to decide what the best fit would be for your child! You can email us at anytime if you need assistance!

CAN I ENROLL MY CHILD IN THE MIDDLE OF A SESSION?

We always want to welcome new students into our studio family. We are thrilled to accept students into recreational classes any time between the beginning of the session in September until the 1st of the new year. Once the second half of the session begins, the students are learning a new routine for the annual recital, and we close registration for the session.

HOW DO I ENROLL MY CHILD IN ONE OF THE ELITE DANCE TEAMS?

 Placement on the four Elite Dance Teams are determined by the Open Space instructors, based on age and ability which are exhibited during Dance Team Try-Outs which usually are held every July, so teams can begin learning routines to take to competition.

HOW DO I PAY?

Our Tuition is billed monthly and on a "Per class" basis. Tuition is due on the first of the month. Families are encouraged- though not required-- to set up an automatic payment option through your family portal, which is established upon registration. If you choose not to utilize this automatic payments, there is a tuition box in the studio adjacent to the waiting room. Cash or personal checks are accepted. Please make checks out to Open Space Studio.

IS THERE A LATE FEE?

If tuition is not received by the tenth of the month, a $10 late fee will be automatically applied to your account by the system. Please make sure to pay attention to the card you keep on file in the family portal for the automatic withdrawal. Many times cards are lost and replaced, or expire, causing automatic payments to be declined. Please note that our staff is not responsible for monitoring individual credit or debit cards; it is your responsibility to ensure the information is current and accurate to avoid late fees.

DO YOU OFFER ANY DISCOUNTS?

We absolutely do!

 

We offer a 10% discount to military families.

We offer a 10% discount to siblings of enrolled students.

We offer a Multiple class discount for recreational classes as well.  We discount the second class 10%, a third class 15%, etc.

Please Note:  These discounts are only credited toward the instructional price of the class.  All of our tuitions include a costume fee rolled into the monthly tuition, and this portion of the price is ineligible for discounts.
