STUDIO POLICIES
Code of Conduct Policy
At Open Space Studio, we are committed to providing all students an inclusive and diverse environment. The safety of our students is paramount, and we will not tolerate any behavior that threatens their well-being. Any student, parent, or guardian whose conduct, speech, or behavior threatens another student, parent, or guardian's feeling of safety will result in the mandatory expulsion of that student and family from the studio. This zero-tolerance policy includes, but is not limited to, disruptive, bullying, threatening, or violent behavior. Expelled families forfeit any/all tuition or fees paid.
Drop-off and Pick-up Policy:
We request that all students under age 12 are walked into the studio for class and picked up in the studio at the end of their class time.

Injury and Accident Policy:
In the event your child is not feeling well and or is injured during class our staff will notify you by phone.

Illness Policy:
If your child is sick we ask that you do not attend class to prevent the spread of illnesses.

Recital Policy:
The in-studio dress rehearsal will be Sunday, June 15th from 2-4pm. Recital Will be Saturday, June 21st at 3pm at the Duxbury Performiong Arts Center. Each family is required to purchase a Recital Package by January 31st.
The package includes:

a pair of tickets to the show

a digital copy of your child's individual photo in costume

a t-shirt to be worn during the show's finale.
There is an option to puchase a copy of this year's yearbook as well (optional). The recital package can be purchased anytime between registration and January 31st by clicking here.

Guests and Visitors Policy:
Parents and guardians are asked to remain in the waiting area during classes.
​
Lost and Found Policy:
All lost and found items will be kept for one month in the waiting area and disposed of if they are not collected.
